My folks brought this LP back to the United States with them from Czechoslovakia in 1980 or 1981. It was played frequently, but with great care.

Dried with never-used lint-free towel; then air dried

Audio transfer

Dubbed stereo LP to Amadeus Pro 1.4.1 at 24 bit/96 kHz

Brushed (again) with anti-static carbon-fiber brush

Inserted LP into new Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab sleeve

Analyzed with Audio Leak 3.1

Removed loudest pops (~7) by hand with Amadeus Pro
Audio restoration

Removed vinyl “rumble” with DeNoiseLF 1.0.6

Removed clicks and pops with ClickRepair 3.0.1

Removed crackle with ClickRepair

Removed remaining vinyl noise with DeNoise 1.1.5
-
Checked for clipped samples with Amadeus Pro

Analyzed with AudioLeak
Post-processing
-
Marked each band with Amadeus Pro; created 0.5 second fade-in and 2.0 second fade-out for each.

Imported tracks (as 24 bit/96 kHz AIF files) into iTunes
-
Applied track name, artist, album name, composer, and other metadata where applicable to each track
-
Converted each file to 16 bit/44.1 kHz AIF file.
-
Burned new files to CD in accordance with “Orange Book” specifications onto a MAM-A Gold CD-R.
